100 songs to save your life

I wish I could take the credit for coming up something as great as this topic but this has been done over and over again. I saw it for the first time when Peyton thinks she is dying and makes a tape for her  unborn baby  (One Tree Hill). Needless to say, the main point of this being that music heals everything.
Music always helps, no matter what you’re going through. So, if you flunk a big test, or you had a really bad breakup, or you just miss someone so bad, it hurts, then listen to my playlist. A hundred songs to save your life. And it should help. – Peyton Sawyer, “One Tree Hill”
